The Design Embassy delivered a completely new information architecture for the eSafety Commissioner’s website, structured around the needs of target audiences. This involved in-depth audience research, focus groups and interviews. We also worked closely with internal subject matter experts, designers and developers to rewrite and create bespoke content for the entire website, comprising more than 600 pages.
